God Bless Us All, Everyone

  • It took the CIA forty years to kill Phil Agee, but they finally did, last January, with their old age gun.
  • Hugo Chavez also gives holiday pardons, only not for money, because of the Communism.
  • This is the time of year when Venezuelans reflect on the greatest gift of all: boob jobs.
  • The Guardian published many stories about the magic laptops when it looked like they were real, but won't publish one story explaining that they were fake.
  • Vote observers say Venezuela's elections are more open and transparent than ours. Why does democracy hate America?

Wow, that NYT writer (Rick Perlstein) and his eds/owners really, really, REALLY want us to know that Philip Agee's enlightenment about CIA activities in foreign lands was useless, pointless, without effect, not worth the trouble, produced no reform, helped defeat reform, was a waste of grief, a waste of time, a stupid life, nothing to see here, move along.

Hm-m. And, if that wasn't enough, we have Philip Agee to thank for Dick Cheney.

BTW, that snotty NYT piece on Agee made me go straight to Abebooks.com to get me a copy of Agee's infamous tell-all. Thanks, NYT!

"Plastic surgery has become so widespread in Venezuela that banks offer credit for it."

And in the US, they won't offer credit to buy a HOME.

Yup, it's time for revolution, folks. At the very least, your nose and boobs will never look better!
