Freedom's savior, the Honduran coup dictatorship of Roberto Micheletti, just dropped out of the Organization of American States. It happened late last night so we'll have to wait a full day for the Washington Post to explain all of the hidden democratic undertones. In the meantime let's speculate on why this is a such great moment for constitutional democracy:
• The OAS was trampling all over Honduras' newly militarized system of checks and balances.Haha that last one is Micheletti's official position. This guy is a moron.• Sometimes a country needs just to "find itself" through a period of introspection and deep diplomatic isolation.
• By uniting the hemisphere in consensus, the multilateral institution was "acting unilaterally" against a sovereign nation.

This is gonna be fun. The OAS said Honduras can quit... just as soon as there's a government in Honduras to quit.

New fave quote out of Honduras comes from its newly appointed de facto chancellor;
"Obama is a little black man who knows nothing."

Meanwhile, in upholding the democratic values of Honduras, the slimeball has "installed" his nephew as Mayor of the second largest City. (According to Telesur)
I wonder what happened to the real elected Mayor? Ouch!
I like what the envoy said to the reporters. Basically, "It is a coup you stupid fvcks"!
According to the OAS site, Article 21 (sanctions) has been put in effect. It seems the coupsters were rude to the envoy.
